Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to photography, drone, virtual tour, video, floor plan, and inspection services ordered from Property Media Group, LLC through propertyhdr.com.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel a scheduled shoot at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot start time. Cancellations received within the 24-hour window incur a 50% cancellation fee of the order total to compensate the assigned photographer for the reserved time slot.
No-shows (photographer arrives at the property and is unable to access it, or the listing agent fails to provide access) are billed at 100% of the order total.
2. Reschedules
Reschedules requested with at least 24 hours notice are free. Reschedules within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur the same 50% fee as a late cancellation if a new slot cannot be secured for the same week.
3. Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor shoots (drone, twilight) may be rescheduled at no cost when severe weather, FAA airspace restrictions, or other conditions outside our control prevent safe execution. Indoor photography proceeds rain or shine.
4. Refund Eligibility
A full refund is issued when:
- The shoot is cancelled by us due to photographer unavailability and we cannot reassign within 48 hours.
- Deliverables are demonstrably defective and we cannot remediate them within 5 business days of report.
- You cancel within 60 minutes of placing the order, before any photographer has been dispatched.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion when only certain deliverables fail to meet quality standards. We do not refund for subjective preferences (e.g., desire for a different sky, season, or staging).
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
6. Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at billing@propertyhdr.com so we can resolve the issue directly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
